Camper Medical Information
YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg, including Camp Stephens, uses ePACT to securely collect and manage critical emergency information for all children registered in childcare, day camps and summer overnight camps. ePACT replaces the need to fill out multiple paper forms and ensures we have the most up-to-date and accurate contact and medical information in case of emergency.
ePACT is quick and easy!
Here are a few things you will need to complete your ePACT record:
- Health Insurance information or personal healthcare number
- Medical history
- Emergency or pick-up list contact information
If you already have an ePACT account, please log into your account and ensure all the information is current.
First-time users will receive an email once their child has been registered into camp to create an ePACT account. Once your account has been activated, you can click the "My ePACT Account" button above to access your account and make any adjustments to the information when necessary.
