Camp Subsidies
Camp Stephens is committed to providing camp experiences for all youth, regardless of economic circumstances.
Financial assistance is available through the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg or the Sunshine Fund to families who are unable to pay the full camp fee.
ePACT
Every camper is required to have a completed emergency contact and medical ePACT form prior to attending Camp Stephens.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days prior to the start of camper's session in order to receive a full refund (less a 20% camp fee).
