Meet Downtown Y fitness staff at True North Square for our Summer Series Workouts!  Enjoy a FREE outdoor noon hour fitness class Thursday, August 28. Bring a water bottle, a mat and a positive energy!

Box & Burn: Gloves on, game on! This high-energy boxing-inspired class combines punch mitt drills, footwork, and core engagement to teach you the fundamentals of boxing — including basic strikes and foot movement. Designed for all fitness levels, you’ll improve coordination, burn serious calories, and build confidence while having a blast. No previous boxing experience needed — just bring your energy!
