Proven Success: South Y Renewal
In 2025, we completed a $3.2 million transformation of the South Y. This renewal created brighter, more accessible spaces and re-energized the surrounding community. From inclusive design upgrades to modernized amenities, the project was delivered on time and on budget—demonstrating our capacity to lead large-scale capital improvements that deliver lasting impact.
