Swim Times

Swimming is an excellent way to build endurance, muscle strength and your cardiovascular system all while taking the impact stress off your body. Drop-in to any of  lane swim times at available branch locations.

    • Lane Swim

      A portion of the entire pool is set up and designated for those who want to swim lengths. When possible, lanes are designated for swimming at various speeds (slow, medium and fast).

    • Recreation Swim

      For families and individuals to enjoy recreational activities in the water; the pool is open to be used by all. Various toys and the slide MAY be available during this time.  All children 7 and under must have a parent/guardian in the water, within arms reach, at all times. Please note, capacity restrictions may apply.
