Interval Training Principles

Explore how to use your time efficiently during your workouts. Finding time to train is a challenge for most of us – but there is a solution, Interval training! Interval training is all about learning how to manipulate time to your advantage so you can maximize the time you HAVE, versus worrying about the time you DON’T! If you want to learn how to get the same amount of work done, in half the time, then join us!

FITT Principle/Smart Goals

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail! This session will help you understand the planning necessary to achieve the exercise success you crave. Goal setting is critical in creating the day-to-day steps that will add up to achieve both short term and long term goals. You will learn how to use the FITT Principle, which is a tool fitness trainers use to develop the exercise details after goals are set, including how often to train, when to rest, what exercises to do, how many, number of sets and reps, and other factors to learn how to create a workout routine!
