(“the Corporation”)

 Notice of Annual Meeting of the Members of the Corporation

 Notice is hereby given that an annual meeting of the Members of the Corporation will be held online on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. and at any adjournment or adjournments thereof, for the following purposes:

1. To elect Directors;
2. To receive the audited Financial Statements for the year ended August 31, 2021;
3. To appoint Auditors of the Corporation;
4. To receive the reports of the Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer; and
5. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

The annual meeting will be conducted using Microsoft Teams pursuant to the terms of the Order re Temporary Suspension of Corporate Meeting Provisions, issued pursuant to The Emergency Measures Act (Manitoba).
