When kids participate in a YMCA-YWCA experience, they have the opportunity to develop self-confidence, make healthy choices, feel connected and learn the skills necessary to become the leaders of today and tomorrow. And they find out what it takes to build healthy communities. Your contribution to the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg Strong Kids Campaign will help enrich the lives of children and youth in our community.

Your generosity makes a difference for kids in our local community and in the lives of kids in Tijuana, Mexico, with the help of our partner there.  Here's how you can help:

• Your gift of $20
helps one child participate for a month as a member and provides an opportunity to build relationships and learn new skills.

• Your gift of $60
provides shelter, food, counselling and reunification services for one youth for one day at CASA, the YMCA’s home in Tijuana, Mexico where kids, apprehended by authorities while trying to cross the border are safe and cared for.

• Your gift of $135
gives one child the opportunity to learn new things and have fun at a week of summer day camp.

• Your gift of $450
gives a child the magical experience of one week of residential camping at Camp Stephens.

• Your gift of $1,000
opens the doors of the North End Wellness Youth Activity Centre for one day, offering 300 kids opportunities to make new friends, strengthen values and stay safe.

A major gift of $10,000 ensures the support of a much needed but underfunded kids program right here in our local community. 

100% of your donation goes directly to support children and youth.

YMCA-YWCA programs vary from community to community but one thing is constant.  Every kids deserves a chance and everyone is welcome!
