Y Mind

If mild to moderate anxiety is impacting your life and preventing you from doing what you want or need to do, this group is for you.

Y Mind is a free seven-week mental wellness program for people ages 18-30 who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety. This program offers the opportunity to learn and practice evidence-based strategies to increase coping skills. Led by trained mental health professionals, Y Mind gives young adults the chance to connect with others who are having similar experiences.
