If mild to moderate anxiety is impacting your life and preventing you from doing what you want or need to do, this group is for you.
Y Mind is a free seven-week mental wellness program for people ages 13-29 who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety. This program offers the opportunity to learn and practice evidence-based strategies to increase anxiety prevention and coping skills based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Led by trained mental health professionals, Y Mind gives teens and young adults the chance to connect with others who are having similar experiences.
As a participant of the program, you will have the opportunity to gain access to the YMCA-YWCA health and fitness facilities throughout the duration of the program.
