    Personal training services are available by appointment only. Please call your branch to book a Personal Trainer.

    Although every effort will be made to accommodate your requested time frame and specified personal trainer, appointments will be dependent upon availability.

    What is a consultation?
    The consultation primarily involves a conversation discussing needs, interests and goals of the member as well as determining benchmarks for measuring future change and success.


    What is a session?
    Sessions focus on physical activity accompanied by coaching and feedback.


    Can personal training fees be subsidized?
    No, personal training fees are not subsidized. However, we do have the FitME exercise program that is complimentary with your Y membership.


    How should members dress?
    Members should come prepared for physical activity, including wearing athletic shoes (no sandals or open-toed shoes allowed). Dressing in removable layers is recommended.
