You don’t have be a pro at the Y – we have fitness classes to suit people of all skill and fitness levels!

Our Group Fitness classes give you a chance to meet people, improve your fitness level and have fun. Members are encouraged to work at their own pace.

  • Karate

    There is so much more to karate than wax-on, wax-off! Karate improves strength, coordination and agility while fostering courage, courtesy, integrity, self-control and respect. Learn the fundamentals of karate movement and technique under the guidance of qualified black belt instructors.

  • Tae Kwon Do

    Kick, block, spar! Learn the basic techniques of Tae Kwon Do in a safe and fun atmosphere. Discipline, character, self-control and respect will be fostered under the guidance of qualified black belt instructors through skills that increase stamina, strength, focus and confidence.

  • Total Sculpt

    Sculpt and tone your muscles in this total body conditioning class! Using a variety of resistance training techniques and equipment to improve strength and endurance while working core muscle groups, our trained instructors will teach you  exercises to engage and target specific parts of your body.

  • Abs+

    Find your inner strength! This class utilizes a variety of exercises to improve your balance, back and abdominal strength.

  • Cycle Climb

    Lower RPMs nd longer intervals. We focus on hills and heavy leg strength. This class will be on and off the saddle.

  • Cycle/TRX®

    Combining the best of cycling and TRX,® this class mixes resistance training, which focuses on increasing strength, and the cardiovascular aerobic training of CycleFit.

  • Total 20s

    A H.I.I.T inspired class with 20 minutes of cardio (bodyweight or equipment), 20 minutes of strength, 20 minutes of core.

  • Gentle Fit

    Low impact full body workout - tailored to aging adults that want a slower pace class with focus on form and function.

  • Sculpt on the Step

    This 45 minute fitness class has you stepping up your workouts using the steppers while incorporating strength training. A mixture of body sculpt and basic step choreography!

  • Synrgy Fit

    A great multi-fitness class for all levels of exercisers. You will train smarter and better using battle ropes, TRX® suspension trainers, weights and cables. Each exercise uses equipment you may not use every day, making this class a great way to add variety into your fitness routine. Give it a try and you will see what all the fuss is about!

  • Synrgy Fit - Low Impact

    Take it down a notch and still get the benefits of this great multi-fitness class for all levels of exercisers. Using the Synrgy equipment and a circuit-station format, this fun and dynamic class delivers a full-body conditioning class with joint-friendly movements.

  • TRX®

    Push and pull! Using the TRX® suspension training system, this total body resistance training class uses ropes and various other methods of resistance training to increase strength and cardiovascular health.

  • Yoga - Hatha

    Find your inner calm. Hatha Yoga is great for increasing your flexibility, relieving tension and allowing the body and mind to connect. This class is an introduction to basic breathing techniques, postures & relaxation exercises.

  • Yoga - Vinyasa

    Reduce stress and increase a sense of well-being in this Vinyasa class which emphasizes the development of strength, flexibility, balance and grace through postures linked by the synchronization of the breath with movement. Develop and root your core muscles through a variety of breath techniques designed to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and centered. A challenging class open to all levels.

  • Zumba®

    Everybody is doing it!  This Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness class is easy to follow and exhilarating – a great way to get moving and meet others.

  • Triple Sets

    Challenge yourself! Similar to circuit-training, this class will focus on increasing your heart rate while fatiguing out designated muscle groups. 3 exercises, 3 minutes each, no breaks

  • Band-tastic Sculpt

    Mini resistance bands are the tiny fitness tools that will pack a punch to your full body workout! This 30-minute fitness class will target muscles you didn’t know you had. 

  • Cardio Blast

    Combing state-of-the-art cardio equipment and body-weight exercises, this class offers full body moves designed to get your heart pumping and feet moving.

  • Cycle+

    Not just a traditional cycle class -- push yourself through a workout that incorporates elements of cycle PLUS more! You'll spend half the class riding up & down hills and sprinting to the finish line on a bike. The other half of class will be off the bike where you'll be guided through a series of exercises including elements of strength, balance, endurance, and coordination at varying intensities decided by your instructor. Be ready for something different each class!

  • Function Fitness 90

    This 90-minute class will be a mixture of strength training and cardio using a variety of hand weights, body weight and cardio exercises to give your whole body a workout! Bring an extra water bottle for this one!

  • Interval Xpress

    30-minute workout using a Tabata style format (20 seconds workout, 10 seconds rest) to keep you motivated while improving your overall fitness. By training with free-weights, resistance-bands, and body weight this quick workout will give you a range of strengthening, stretching, balance, and core exercises. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
