Kickstart consists of smaller challenges that ramp up over eight weeks to new, higher-level challenges. With this progression-based approach, you can build healthy habits and allow your body to adapt to the new demands you are making of it.

Please note: The consultation appointment is approximately an hour and half. Prior to meeting with the fitness staff you will be asked to fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q+) and an informed consent form.
