NEW FOR 2022!
The 4-Week Training Series will consist of small group sessions, led by our fitness trainers, who will provide participants with a variety of practical instruction and hands-on training geared to a specific type of workout routine.
Each 4-Week Training Series will focus on getting the most out of a variety of exercises that can be done in the fitness centre or at home, with or without equipment! And the best part? It’s included with your membership!
Here’s how it works:
- Group size is limited to max. of 10 participants per series
- Groups will meet twice a week for a total of 4 weeks
- Each session will be 1-hour in length beginning at 7:00 pm
- Training will consist of a group workout where members will learn and practice a variety of exercises and techniques both with and without equipment
- Each 4-week series will focus on a different body part and or workout
- Sign up for one series or join us for all of them!
- Exploring TRX® Training: April 12 – May 5, 2022
- Next Level-Interval Training: April 25 – May 18, 2022
- Cycling: May 30 – June 22, 2022
