Exercising in the water is a great way to strengthen, tone and energize your entire body – without putting any stress on your joints. Don’t know how to swim? You can still participate in Aquatic fitness – swimming skills are not required.
Membership has its benefits! Members can pre-book space 48 hours in advance, to secure a spot in any of our youth and adult drop-in activities – including aquatic fitness classes. Missed the pre-book window? You can still drop-in to participate in the activity however space cannot be guaranteed.
