Giving Tree

Help us help others this holiday season!

The holiday season is a time to reflect on all of the good tidings of the year and appreciate the good fortune in our lives. It’s also a great time to spread good will to others who may be less fortunate. This year we’re hoping you will help spread cheer to others within the Y community. The Holiday Giving Tree offers ways to support families and individuals to reach their potential. Consider donating so people of all ages can participate in important programs that improve health, reduce social isolation and develop important life skills.

How to Give

  • Visit any of our four Winnipeg locations and take an ornament from the Giving Tree that describes what you would like to donate

Did you know? The YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg is a charity and believes everyone deserves the opportunity to live healthier, happier lives regardless of financial circumstances. Our goal is to eliminate financial barriers and provide as many people as possible with the opportunity to participate in Y community programs and services. That’s why we provide financial assistance directly to people who need it most — children, families, men, women and seniors who otherwise wouldn’t be able to participate.
