Have you ever wondered, what exercises should I being doing? How many, how often or what intensity is best for me? This workshop will teach you a valuable principle to help you get the answers to all these questions. Stop guessing and come find out the facts!

Strength Workshop
This workshop will teach you the benefits of strength training in a way you may not have understood before. It will break down myths and barriers you may have heard about regarding strength training and will teach you how to make it your friend. Learn now strength is critical and available to every single one of us no matter what our current ability is.

Flexibility Workshop
Often one of the most ignored components to an overall healthy exercise routine, this workshop will explain the reasons we must stretch, how to stretch efficiently, and will show you how to fit it into your busy day. All it takes is 5-10 minutes a day to maintain healthy muscles and joints.

Core Workshop
What is Core training? This workshop will help identify the difference between core strength and core stability and how both are important and how to add simple progressions to challenge the body. Remember, every move you make begins with your core!

Body Awareness and Functional Movement Workshop
This workshop will help you align your training goals with how your body can move and should move. Learn how to test yourself to see if you move well and if not, learn what you can do about it through exercise choice.
