The Elmwood-Kildonan YMCA-YWCA has been an active and vibrant part of Winnipeg's northeast community since the mid 1950s.

Family Friendly
This family-friendly Y hosts a wide variety of health, fitness and recreation programs for people of all ages and abilities, as well as day camps, youth leadership programs, and family activities.

The wheelchair-accessible branch provides drop-in babysitting, personal fitness services and a variety of drop-in programming for children.

Facilities
The 48,000-square-foot facility has an aquatics centre with a 25-yard pool, a hot tub, a steam room and family pool.

The facility has a gymnasium, children's climbing structure, two multi-purpose rooms, an aerobics studio, a fitness centre, a weight room, a running track and five locker rooms.

Involved in the Community
Besides serving our individual and family members with healthy-living programs and activities, the Elmwood-Kildonan branch is also involved in many partnerships with families, schools, agencies and businesses within the community.
