The Downtown YMCA-YWCA offers Preschool Child Care, School Age Child care and Y Day Camp.

The Downtown Y offers childcare from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, year round for up to 88 children, ages two to six years.

The $19.80 per day fee includes two nutritious daily snacks in accordance with the Canada Food Guide. 

Swim and gym are program components. Staff will walk nursery and kindergarten children to and from Sister MacNamara School.

Discover the advantages of Y Day Camp!  Our full-week Spring and Summer programs, as well as daily Winter Holiday programs, are well-planned by our dedicated, trained staff and geared specifically for your child's age group. Your child will delight in outdoor and indoor games and activities, including climbing walls, inflatable bouncers and swimming.
