Y Advantages
Discover the advantages of Y Day Camp. Our full-week programs are well planned by our dedicated, trained staff and geared specifically for your child's age group.
Your child will delight in outdoor and indoor activities such as high-energy and cooperative games, initiative tasks, excursions, inflatable slides & bouncers, arts & crafts, daily swimming and gym time plus a fun, educational focus on International Development and Diversity Awareness.
All camps feature outdoor activities, including the use of the Y facilities and surrounding parks.
Year-round Fun
Day Camp continues through to Christmas and the March Break holidays.
Professional Staff
Together, our staff put the highest priority on creating a positive camp experience and learning opportunities for your child. Staff are carefully selected to deliver high quality programs and ensure individual attention and safety. Our leaders are trained in emergency procedures and first aid, as well as conflict resolution.

Hours
Kinder Camp, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm,
or 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday
(except Holidays) at selected branches
Regular and Leadership Camp, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm,
Monday to Friday (except Holidays)
Extended Care Option
As an added convenience, extended care is provided at no extra charge from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm.
Registration
Register for the day over the Christmas Break or for the week during Spring Break and Summer. Consult the location nearest you for registration information and fees.

Please note that 2010 registration for Summer Day Camp begins on Monday March 1st for members and Monday April 5th for non-members.
Financial Assistance
All YMCA-YWCA programs and services are available to the community regardless of ability to pay. If your financial circumstances are limiting your child's access to camp, please contact the Membership Sales and Service Desk to arrange a financial assistance appointment.
